Wilwood AERO6-DM direct mount truck brake kits were designed for the specific purpose of providing big capacity braking with large diameter rotors for heavy weight and extreme duty vehicles. For trucks and SUV's, it provides big stopping power for towing, off-road, and enhanced braking with wheel and tire upgrades. The kits provide better hold while crawling and more thermal capacity for high-demand off-road and highway use, including towing, hauling, and commercial applications. These kits are engineered for direct mounting on Chevy, Ford, Jeep, and Toyota trucks, SUVs, and 4x4s. Forged aluminum AERO6-DM six-piston calipers deliver increased clamping force and are compatible with OEM rear brakes, master cylinder, and computer systems. Baer Brakes 6T front brake kits feature the 6-piston 6T caliper mounted to a 13.5 in., 1-piece slotted and zinc-plated rotor. The 6T calipers are D.O.T complaint, with dust and weather seals, and use the popular D1247 style pads. Rotors are purpose-cast using only premium materials and feature a curved vane design for optimum cooling, consistent braking, and reduced brake fade. All mounting brackets, stainless braided hoses, and hardware are included.
