Enginetech offers remanufactured crank kits for a variety of Chevrolet, GMC, Saturn, Isuzu, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Mitsubishi, Ford, Ram, Subaru, and Toyota engines from 1982 and up. These engine components include a crankshaft, along with the matching set of main and rod bearings needed to properly install and support it within the engine during a rebuild. Crankshafts convert the pistons' reciprocating motion into rotational motion, which powers the vehicle. These remanufactured models are available in forged steel, nodular iron, or cast iron—in a range of stroke and other options.

Enginetech Piston Sets
Enginetech specializes in providing high performance engine pistons for engine rebuilding in domestic, import, and high performance applications. Enginetech piston sets have superior size and weight grading within each set, and most are decked 0.010 in. to 0.020 in. to compensate for oversized bores and head/deck milling. Pistons are manufactured with state of the art materials to match OE requirements for cast aluminum, hypereutectic, and forged applications. Enginetech Rebuilders Valves
For about the same cost of reclaiming valves, you can install brand new Enginetech Rebuilders valves. The purpose of these patented Enginetech Rebuilders valves is to help simplify engine rebuilding by salvaging worn cylinder heads and reducing the need for expensive parts like valve seats and springs. Designed with oversized heads and stems, and a lowered keeper groove, these specialized valves create a more efficient and cost-effective rebuild process. The Enginetech one-piece intake valves are made from HNV-3 high alloy valve steel (often used for exhaust valves). All of the valve stems are either triple chrome plated or gas nitrided. Enginetech even goes a step further and hardens every valve tip to 50HRC minimum. The Enginetech exhaust valves are also a one-piece design. All Rebuilder's exhaust valves are made from EV-8 or EV-12 stainless steel. Again, like their intake valves, all stems are triple chrome plated or gas nitrided. Wafer tips, hardened to 50RHc, are inertia welded to every tip. Select the valves you need for your engine rebuild.

Enginetech main bearings are made of high-quality alloys, based on the application requirement. Manufactured on state-of-the-art equipment, this ensures consistent bearing thickness for proper oil clearances, and parting line chamfers are precisely controlled, guaranteeing they are cut at the correct angle to allow for the proper amount of oil bleed-through without reducing oil pressure. Thrust washers are included, where appropriate, when they are not already molded into the main bearing. The materials are high strength (load capacity), but also have good anti-friction properties (wear resistance, anti-seizure, and embeddability).
