Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports UTV Shocks
Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are specifically engineered to vastly improve the performance of your UTV. These direct fit shock and coil spring assemblies offer position-sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability, all features that will take your UTV to the next level. Black Hawk Powersports feature Bilstein's patented ZoneControl position-sensitive technology that contains five independently tuned damping zones—three compression and two rebound. ZoneControl incorporates an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO) which is effectively a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop. The JCO has a 10-position clicker that allows the rider to fine-tune bottom-out control. For rebound, ZoneControl features a Rebound Cut Off (RCO) that acts to settle the vehicle at the final stage of suspension droop. The RCO will protect the damper, eliminating the need for a limit strap. Black Hawk Powersports offer four unique external adjustments: high/low speed compression, rebound, and JCO—all easily accessible and ready for quick damping changes on the fly. Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports feature an all-aluminum design with gold finned reservoirs. All applications come with Dual Rate Coils and crossover nuts for easy ride height and spring preload adjustments. Black Hawk Powersports are completely serviceable and designed to be race-ready right out of the box. This extremely versatile coilover package will provide excellent comfort and unsurpassed bottom-out control. ADS Direct-Fit Race UTV Performance Spring Kits
ADS offers direct-fit race UTV performance coilover spring kits for a variety of applications, including many Polaris, Can-Am, and Yamaha off-road vehicles from 2014 and up. The springs are available in standard or heavy weight models for fitment with OE Fox or Walker Evans front and rear shocks (2.0 in. to 3.0 in. range). Each spring is powdercoated with a gray/silver finish to resist rust and corrosion.
