This is accomplished by eliminating the reverse lockout feature of the ratchet gate plate—ensuring quick shifts from forward to reverse gear in an attempt to save the front-end from going over backwards when climbing steep hills. The XDR gate plates are constructed of 304 stainless steel for durability and long life. XDR performance slip-on muffler systems feature 409 stainless steel construction internals for long life. The cases are made of either 304 or 409 stainless steel. The mandrel-bent inlet tubes flow into the "straight-through" crossflow performance muffler providing a moderate to aggressive deep sound level.
