Spectra Premium Charge Air Coolers

Maintain your engine's heat transfer with a Spectra Premium charge air cooler. They feature all-aluminum construction and are assembled from component tubes, fins, and internal fins. The intercoolers are then vacuum-brazed together, forming a single-piece core. The resulting structure is tremendously strong due to the reinforcement provided by external and internal fins. After the charge air coolers are assembled and brazed, the end tanks (or manifolds) are welded onto the core. These replacements are available for a wide range of diesel applications from 1990 and up.
