One of the best improvements you can make to your muscle car is the addition of Belltech anti-sway bars. The reduction of boat-like body roll not only creates a more confident driving feel, but keeping the body flat in turns and during emergency maneuvers increases the safety factor as well. Incorporating 20+ years of design experience, Belltech anti-sway bars are designed to improve handling and steering response by minimizing body roll while not affecting ride quality. These sway bars are manufactured from cold-formed solid steel and use swedged ends for their superior strength and reliability.

BMR Xtreme anti-roll bars feature a massive diameter and include heavy-duty rod ends. These sway bars have an easy bolt-on design with the option to be welded, if desired. The factory rear sway bar works well for handling, but falls short when it comes to drag racing. There are two main reasons for this—the OE bar diameters are nowhere near the right diameter to control torque loading on a launch, and the OE-type bar only attaches at the control arms with no frame attachment points. This allows for too much body separation and no way to control it. By attaching the end links to the frame, body separation is minimized and converted into forward momentum. This, combined with the large diameter bar's ability to better control torque loading, creates more consistent and predictable launches and better 60 ft. times. BMR Xtreme anti-roll bars come with all necessary Grade 8 mounting hardware.

One of the most effective ways to improve the stiffness and handling of your vehicle is to box the factory chassis. Hellwig Frame FX kits makes it easy for you. Rather than taking considerable time with measuring, cutting, and fitting steel panels these kits simplify the process effectively. Some vehicles have an open C-channel chassis that's only 3 in. wide at the top and bottom. This design is inherently weak in handling torsion and marginal in bending. Frame FX kits double the width of the tension side of the frame rail and close the area for dramatic increases in torsional and bending stiffness. They're comprised of 14 pre-cut 10-gauge steel panels matching the thickness of the factory frame--and fit into the weak points of the factory chassis. Hellwig engineered another panel that adds an extra mount to tie the floor to the chassis, furnishing even more strength to the entire car. In addition, brackets are provided to mount the transmission crossmember, with enough adjustment to accommodate nearly any drivetrain configuration. The increased strength via Hellwig Frame FX kits results in improved handling and ride quality, while retaining the factory chassis and mounting points.

Stabilize your ride with BMR control arms. They are CNC-machined and made, depending on the application, from heavy-duty DOM steel tubing, chromoly steel, or 6061-T6 aluminum. BMR polyurethane bushings are designed to be compliant enough to give you a comfortable ride and absorb NVH, while remaining firm enough to stand up to high loads of any performance environment. Their greasable bushings are internally fluted to allow grease to coat the inner sleeve, while keeping the thrust surface lubricated—ensuring quiet, reliable operation over the life of the bushings. BMR's heavy-duty spherical bearings are designed to eliminate deflection and wheel alignment changes. Their spherical bearings can withstand the extreme stresses of the performance environment, offering all of the bind-free suspension articulation needed for great handling. These design features result in incredibly strong control arms that greatly improve performance and work well in street performance, drag race, and handling applications. Many are adjustable, allowing you to dial-in pinion angles for correct driveline geometry, or correct, add, or reduce negative camber and other alignment settings. BMR control arms are the perfect upgrade for the enthusiast looking to improve performance at an affordable price, while maintaining acceptable NVH levels and ride quality. When performance is a must, rely on BMR Suspension!
