High performance Quick Fuel Black Diamond Q-Series 2-barrel carburetors have been engineered for circle track applications. They feature a high-flow aluminum main body with centered venturi for improved fuel distribution and efficiency. An anti-siphon check valve in the main body helps to reduce pump pullover, and the straight leg boosters enable higher airflow. Q-Series carbs have changeable emulsion bleeds and power valve channel restrictions for better tuning capabilities, as well as adjustable idle mixture screws, power valve blowout protection, and built-in dual sight glass windows for easy float adjustment. The unique PTFE coating provides a highly durable black satin finish; it's impact- and scratch-resistant, and impervious to underhood chemicals. Hays Street 650 clutch conversion kits are designed to handle highly modified engines up to 650 hp naturally aspirated (600 hp for forced induction and nitrous combinations). The new 26-spline versions work in conjunction with a modern 5- or 6-speed transmission swap. These are true street/strip clutches for spirited high performance driving or frequent track use. The high performance dual-friction disc utilized in the Street 650 has an upgraded spring hub with heavy-duty damper springs to handle greater shock loads versus a standard damper spring. The disc features a sintered metallic friction surface and an organic friction surface. It does a great job at dissipating heat and fighting the slippage found in ordinary discs, along with providing the smooth engagement characteristics of a street-style clutch.
