Action Clutch single disc clutch kits contain a range of street to high performance clutch systems built using American materials which are all locally sourced as it has been done for 60 years. Action Clutch staged kits come complete with the clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout/release bearing, pilot bearing/bushing (when applicable), and alignment tool. Action Clutch Stage 1 clutch kits for street and occasional track use offer a 70 percent increased holding capacity. They utilize reinforced steel-backed copper Kevlar® organic friction material and feature a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate, while maintaining an OEM-like pedal feel and a smooth engagement. These kits are engineered for vehicles that range from stock to basic bolt-on cars, and like all Action Clutch sprung kits, the Stage 1s feature fully enclosed spring retainers to help protect your investment from any springs popping out which can cause catastrophic damage to your transmission or engine. Action Clutch Ironman sprung clutch kits are specifically designed for track-use applications and offer a 250 percent increased holding capacity. Utilizing extremely durable American sintered iron friction material, the spring hub-type discs feature full enclosed spring retainers and American-grade rivets. Best suited for those not looking to upgrade to a multi-disc kit yet, but who want to enjoy something affordable with a high torque holding capacity, these kits offer nearly double the clamping force which increases the torque capacity. The Ironman kits also offer some slippage on takeoff, which champions these kits as "go-to" kits with their repeatability and endurance. The clutch engagement is aggressive with an on/off feel and the kits will not introduce clutch chatter, but will have light engagement noise and some gear rattle. Action Clutch Stage 2 clutch kits for street and occasional track use offer a 110 percent increased holding capacity. They utilize reinforced steel-backed full face Kevlar® friction material and feature a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate, while maintaining an OEM-like pedal feel, super smooth engagement, and heat dissipation. These kits are engineered for vehicles that have basic bolt-on cars or NA vehicles with headwork, such as cams, very low boost or nitrous setup. These fibers have a low static to dynamic friction coefficient, making them an ideal choice for applications where smooth engagement is essential (e.g. daily driving, stop-and-go, off-road driving). Due to the properties of Kevlar®, the stage 2 kits have an exceptional lifespan with minimal increase in pedal feel and a more confidence inspiring engagement. DeatschWerks DW440 brushless in-tank electric fuel pumps have a total height of only 4 in., making them easy to retrofit into any OE pump module. Brushless technology reduces friction and heat, increases efficiency, vastly improves pump lifespan in ethanol and methanol fuels—and allows higher voltage inputs for increased flow! These pumps move 440 lph of fuel at 40 psi. Each fuel pump includes a controller, which accepts an 8-22 V DC input and creates a digital signal to allow precise speed and torque control. The controllers are available in three configurations: single speed, dual speed, and PWM-controlled. Controller are designed to be used with voltage boosters, and the pump kits also include bulkhead wiring.
