PROMAXX Performance designed and developed these cylinder heads from the GM 6.5 diesel casting. They are cast iron direct bolt-on replacements for your 6.5L diesel engine. The assembled heads have straight intake bolt holes in the cylinder head, and will typically use a one-piece intake manifold. Order the model recommended for your Chevy or GMC truck.
