Rhodes Race Cars competition roll cages meet or exceed NHRA and IHRA requirements (when properly installed). Available in 4, 6, 8, and 10-point models, all RRC bars are precision bent for each particular body style and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. Increase chassis stiffness, and race safe with Rhodes Race Cars competition roll cages. RRC roll bars and cages are available in the following materials: * 1-3/4 in. x .134 in. wall mild steel tubing * 1-3/4 in. x .120 in. wall DOM tubing * 1-3/4 in. x .083 in. wall 4130 chromoly tubing The 4-point kits include main hoop, rear braces, seat crossmember, and four steel mounting plates. The 6-point kits include main hoop, rear braces, side bars, seat crossmember, and six steel mounting plates. The 8-point kits include main hoop, rear braces, side bars, frame supports, seat crossmember and 6 steel mounting plates. Rhodes Race Cars SCCA, NASA, and Drift roll cages are made specifically for hobbyists and for serious racers looking to compete in SCCA, NASA, or Formula D events. All road race cages feature a main hoop diagonal and dual door bars (can be made into dual X-bars). They are weld-in cages and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. Roll cages are offered in these materials: * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.134 in. wall ERW mild steel tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.120 in. wall DOM tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.083 in. wall 4130 chromoly tubing DOM tubing is very strongly recommended; ERW cages will most likely NOT pass tech inspection for most classes. Chromoly is not recommended by most sanctioning bodies. Due to different requirements for specific classes and weights, you should check with your track or sanctioning body for specific guidelines prior to purchase.
