Vortech Centrifugal Supercharger Kits
Whether you have a mundane daily driver or a high-horsepower racer, Vortech has a supercharger kit for you. Their centrifugal supercharger kits feature lightweight aluminum impellers that are heat-treated and high-speed balanced to ensure smooth operation. An O-ring compressor housing seal and an innovative impeller seal improve sealing and reduce friction. Vortech has taken away the headaches of building a custom kit by engineering these kits to have a true OEM-quality fit and finish. Each kit is 100 percent complete, right down to the wire ties. Most kits include a matched compressor supercharger unit with SQ technology for "Super Quiet" operation. A high-flow air intake system with a reusable air filter, heat-resistant silicone hose couplings, and premium-grade flex hose is included as well. Vortech Tuner Centrifugal Supercharger Kits
If you're looking for a supercharger your can customize to your needs, without including parts that you don't want, then Vortech kits are for you. Vortech's tuner centrifugal supercharger kits feature lightweight, investment-cast aluminum impellers that are heat-treated, CNC-machined, and high-speed balanced to ensure smooth operation. The gear cases and volutes are cast from premium A356 aluminum alloy, heat-treated, and then CNC-machined. Kits are available in both satin and polished finishes and come with a step-by-step, fully illustrated installation manual. Tuner kits do not include fuel and engine management hardware to allow for custom tuning. These kits do require custom (dyno) tuning by a specialist. Tuner kits are not smog legal. MagnaFlow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converters
MagnaFlow direct-fit catalytic converters are designed for easy bolt-on installation for the professional installer. Welding, cutting, and tube-bending equipment are not required. These cats feature a ribbed body that minimizes expansion and distortion when the converters heat up. The ribs form a channel that protects the cushioning mat from direct exposure to exhaust gases, and they hold the ceramic catalyst in proper alignment. MagnaFlow converters use a monolithic honeycomb catalyst; the ceramic coating is designed for maximum flow and surface area, and the coating method is strictly controlled to maintain exact specifications. Improper coating could result in flow restrictions or an emissions test failure. Paxton NOVI-1200 Supercharger Kits
These nearly silent NOVI-1200 gear-driven supercharger kits come in models for V8-powered carbureted applications, or for today's sophisticated fuel injection. The kits have a cast-aluminum carburetor enclosure assembly that pressurizes the float bowls and throttle shafts for seamless response. The enclosure features a -8 AN fuel inlet port, plus locations for pressure/vacuum connections. Carburetor studs, linkage arms, a splined shaft, and right/left hand spherical rod ends are included for simple throttle connection and adjustment. They also include a 1/2 in. thick billet aluminum bracket, a cast aluminum discharge tube with a Bosch compressor bypass valve, and a fuel line fitting kit. Paxton's fuel-injected NOVI-1200 supercharger kits feature many of the same components as the carbureted kits, along with a number of EFI-specific parts, such as a handheld programmer, a molded inlet duct that retains the stock air box and MAF locations, an air/water charge cooler, and new cast aluminum discharge ducting. You also get a complete fuel system upgrade that includes replacement injectors, a fuel pump, lines, and a fuel management unit with a wire harness. All kits come with a supercharger oil feed and oil drain, required fasteners, and a detailed instruction manual for easy installation.
