Lisle fuel injector rail fuel line cap sets are used to block off the fuel rail during fuel pressure diagnostics in a variety of Cummins, Duramax, and Ford Powerstroke engines. They help in identification of faulty diesel fuel injectors and are used to diagnose engine knock sounds. Simply install the cap on the fuel rail in the place of the injection line; when the cylinder with the failed injector is capped, the rail pressure will rise and the vehicle will start. When using a remote-mounted water pump, you have to make the connection to the block. The easiest way to do that is with Philadelphia Racing Products AN block adapters. They're CNC-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and anodized for protection and appearance. Each adapter is O-ringed for a tight seal and includes stainless hardware.
