Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants. Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat and Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. This system does not use a spray bar, so it injects nitrous and fuel inline with the supercharger air discharge. The fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. As mentioned, this system does not utilize a spray bar, which means that the nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself; the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Nitrous Outlet Hemi Hellcat blower spacer plate nitrous systems support horsepower gains between 130 to 400 hp. Featuring 1/2 in. thick CNC-machined billet aluminum construction, the plates mount between the cylinder heads and blower, providing the ability to discharge a more precise and even atomized mixture of nitrous and fuel aimed directly into each combustion chamber. And they use O-rings for sealing, making installation and removal easy.
