BD Diesel Performance automatic transmissions are designed to transfer the power from high-torque modified diesel engines. They feature redesigned clutch packs with 50 percent more holding surface, steel 6-pin planetary gear carriers, and new lube ports added for high-load areas. Shift strategies and pressure circuits are also modified to handle the high-torque applications. BD Diesel transmissions are not rebuilt factory transmissions--they are custom-tailored to work with your modified truck.

BD Diesel offers the Performance Common Rail Pump and Injector package for the ultimate in street performance without any extra modifications. This kit includes a drop-in a stock looking CP3 pump and common rail injectors that are far from stock performance levels. With the hood open, your friends will never know what you've got! The CP3 injection pump with 12mm stroke camshaft is engineered with modified plungers to produce up to 5.25 lpm versus the stock 3.05 lpm. Upgraded shaft material and heat treating process yields a stronger, more durable shaft. Long-term durability with consistent on-demand high fuel pressure supply provides efficient atomization—resulting in more power, better combustion, and lower EGTs. Flow-matched, high performance exchange common rail (CR) injectors use OE nozzles that are extrude-honed for increased flow and atomization. Designed to improve stance, each kit includes the necessary components to set your vehicle up right with clearance for larger tires at an affordable price. Featuring a set of Fox 2.0 IFP (internal floating piston) gas shocks, BDS lift kits may also include either ProRide coil springs for improved ride quality and more articulation, Glideride leaf springs to provide full lift height and increased capacity, or steel blocks and add-a-leaf for a level stance from front to rear. They feature proprietary Fox 2.5 coilover shocks with or without DSC adjustment designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increased travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort. The optional DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment tunes the high-speed and low-speed compression damping, allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping for off-road.
