BD Diesel Killer grid heater upgrade kits are purpose-built to address a major flaw in the 6.7L Cummins engine--the electrical connection to the intake grid heater. When powering the grid heater, 200 amps pass through a small bolt and nut inside the intake and over time is known to deteriorate and eventually arc and break off. The nut drops into the engine, leading to extensive damage to the piston, head, and valves. BD's Killer kits upgrade that flawed electrical circuit by eliminating the problematic bolt and nut inside the intake while retaining stock functionality of the heater. PureFlow AirDog II-5G Fuel Air Separation Systems are the next generation in fuel delivery for a variety of diesel engine applications. The 5G is designed to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump. AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator, allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 psi. The 5G fuel/air separation system features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that improves reliability and reduces pump noise.
