The pickup tube is fabricated from PTFE, which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to approximately 0 miles until empty. These are complete replacements for factory lift pumps and hold a pressure of 45 psi.

PureFlow AirDog II-5G Fuel Air Separation Systems are the next generation in fuel delivery for a variety of diesel engine applications. The 5G is designed to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump. AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator, allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 psi. The 5G fuel/air separation system features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that improves reliability and reduces pump noise. A demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine. The dual feed motor supplies fuel to both sides of the gerotor pump to decrease air bubbles that cause cavitation. The 5G system features larger 3/4 in.-16 O-ring boss inlet and outlet ports. It used to be that big horsepower increases required major internal engine modifications. However, Nitrous Express has a way that's a whole lot easier--and cheaper.
