RideTech HQ coilover shocks are designed with handling performance and ride quality in mind. They feature impact-forged aluminum threaded body monotube, gas-pressurized shocks that have been clear anodized for corrosion protection. Other features include: oversized rod guides for maximum strength and durability; Delrin coilover spring washers for easy spring retainer adjustments; stainless steel mounting brackets; and CNC-machined billet hardware. The shocks include Hyperco springs made with high-tensile premium cold wound steel and finished with a durable powdercoat finish. EPAS Performance electric power steering kits provide modern power steering for your classic car. These performance systems are available to outfit a wide range of vintage and classic vehicles from 1920-1980. An easy step-by-step installation manual is available online for each of the kits that EPAS offers. There is no major or irreversible modifications made to your vehicle, as everything is located under your dash and is almost, if not completely, invisible. How the systems work: The computer measures the amount of effort on the steering wheel and amplifies it with the aid of the electric motor. A potentiometer allows you to have more or less assistance, so you can adjust the amount of power assist.
