These cast aluminum replacements feature a high performance, anti-friction coating designed to extend engine life, reduce scuffing, and improve sealing. This coating is applied using an advanced process that minimizes blow-by and noise, especially during cold starts. The coating can be beneficial for classic and high performance vehicles, particularly those with a history of overheating, detonation, or scuffing.
