Classic Performance Polyplus front-end kits are an upgrade for worn-out stock rubber components. The ultimate in efficiency, they offer increased durability and outstanding performance. POLYPLUS graphite bushings combine polyurethane with the superior lubricating qualities of graphite for a smooth, quiet operation. Polyplus products withstand the abusive environmental elements that your vehicle encounters on a daily basis. All kits are vehicle-specific; check the applications for the package which best suits your needs. They include upper and lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends, control arm bushings, and bump stops. Sway bar bushings are sold separately. The complete kits also include inner tie rod ends, tie rod adjusting sleeves, and idler arm bushings.

Direct Sheetmetal Firewalls
Direct Sheetmetal firewalls are made out of 16-gauge (.060 in.) cold-rolled steel and are available in a choice of setbacks to accommodate engine swaps. They are hand-formed in DSM's shop and, like all Direct Sheetmetal parts, are designed so the average hot rod enthusiast can install them in their own garage or workshop. You do not have to use a new floorboard if you change your firewall, but all DSM firewalls have a floorboard to match up to. This often makes for a more professional installation. Although DSM firewalls do not normally have to be trimmed, some may because every car is different. Direct Sheetmetal makes their firewalls to overlay other parts so trimming is OK. Bigger is better--it is harder to add material than to trim material.
