Pro-Filer Performance Products Sniper big block Chevy intake manifolds--the ultimate in BBC conventional port intakes! Available for 9.8 in. or 10.2 in. deck heights, these bad boys are designed with the perfect runner-to-plenum volume to maximize the power and acceleration curves of your engine. They're made from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy and feature cast injection bosses, a 4500-style carburetor flange, four corner water bosses, and your choice of a variety of port configurations. Sniper BBC single plane intakes also feature: * 1 in. cast spacer * Optimized cross sectional area * Precision-cast runners * Recommended for 565+ c.i.d. engines Note: For optimum performance, Sniper intake manifolds should be port matched to the heads. Tall deck models require either a slip collar distributor or a distributor designed for a tall deck block. There is not enough material in the intake floor to safely machine it to use a short deck distributor.

SCE Vulcan cut-ring head gaskets are hybrids forged to harness the best sealing properties of two head gasket types—composite and stainless steel. With no sealant needed, the pliable, perforated metal-core composite bodies eliminate coolant and oil leaks, while the solid stainless steel cut-rings "bite" into the cylinder head forming a positive barrier against combustion pressure leaks—without machining. SCE Vulcan cut-ring head gaskets are designed for use with high-static compression or forced-induction engines, which are prone to combustion pressure leaks when using typical composite or MLS head gaskets.

Doug's premium header flange gaskets are made extra-thick from specially formulated gasket material. These gaskets are rated up to 1,100 degrees F and handle exhaust pressures of up to 3,700 psi. Each gasket is designed for an exact port match with Doug's headers.

Doug's Headers
Doug's Headers has long been recognized of as one of the premiere exhaust header manufacturers in the performance industry. Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Their headers come with all the necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets, and detailed installation instruction sheets. The gaskets are rated up to 1100 degrees F, pressures to 3700 psig (255 bar), and are designed for an exact port match with their headers. Doug's Headers offer a choice of finishes: * Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating (MCTBC), which is polished with a vibratory finishing process that not only produces a high-luster aluminum appearance, but also compresses and activates the coating, which increases the surface hardness. The finish is 60 percent more corrosion resistant than an unpolished surface, easy to maintain, and will last for years under normal operation conditions. MCTBC also protects and extends the life of headers by creating a thermal barrier that significantly lowers under hood temperatures and protects the substrate metal from thermal fatigue. * Hi-Temp black coating is an affordably priced alternative to their MCTBC. This finish provides good corrosion and heat protection when compared to many of the "cheaper" header finishes being applied by our competitors. * Raw steel is available for individual customizing Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.
