XDR Off-Road Magnum Grip Dual-Gated shifters are designed for use on 2014-20 Polaris RXR XP and 2017-19 Can-Am Maverick X3 side-by-sides. This trick shifter features two shift patterns: standard-gated and "Hill Killer"—designed to be used as a safety device climbing steep hills. Simply drop the shifter down into the lower Hill Killer shift gate, which eliminates the reverse lockout feature of the ratchet gate plate. This ensures quick shifts when needed from forward to reverse gear to save the front end from going over backward when climbing steep hills (recommended for emergency situations only).
