Rhodes Race Cars Lemons and Chumps roll cages are specifically designed for those of you looking to compete in 24 Hour of Lemons and ChumpCar Series races. RRC has taken out all of the guess work and come up with these easy-to-install kits. All the tubing is pre-bent and notched for ease of installation. Rhodes Race Cars Lemons and Chumps roll cages are available in ERW mild steel, DOM, and chromoly. ERW mild steel is accepted by both sanctioning bodies, but DOM is very strongly recommended. Chromoly is generally NOT recommended for this type of racing. Check your sanctioning body's rules before you order! Note: Some minor trimming may be required during installation. All RRC cages are weld-in cages.

Available in 4, 6, 8, and 10-point models, all RRC bars are precision bent for each particular body style and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. All road race cages feature a main hoop diagonal and dual door bars (can be made into dual X-bars). They are weld-in cages and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. Roll cages are offered in these materials: * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.134 in. wall ERW mild steel tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.120 in. wall DOM tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.083 in. wall 4130 chromoly tubing DOM tubing is very strongly recommended; ERW cages will most likely NOT pass tech inspection for most classes. Chromoly is not recommended by most sanctioning bodies. MagnaFlow universal catalytic converters by Car Sound form the basic building blocks for many applications. The main benefit of universal catalytic converters is that one unit may cover a wide variety of vehicle makes and models. Installing universal converters often requires the use of welding, cutting, and tube-bending equipment that is readily available to most professional installers. They are extremely well made, with features such as: * A ribbed body that minimizes expansion and distortion when the converter heats up. They form a channel that protects the cushioning mat from direct exposure to exhaust gasses, and hold the ceramic catalyst in proper alignment. * A 1/2 in. lap joint where the necks meet the body. The neck does not extend into the converter body, where it could hamper exhaust flow. * Manufactured with separate dies on different sized inlets. Putting larger neck sizes on smaller bodies would reduce the flow of the converter and the quality of the product. * A monolithic honeycomb catalyst. The ceramic is designed for maximum flow and surface area. The coating method is strictly controlled to maintain exact specifications. * Seam-welded close to the converter body for a strong, tight bond.
