Smaller-diameter powersports steering wheels have the effect of quickening your steering for faster inputs, and thicker grips made from durable leather, suede, Alcantara, or textured polyurethane improve control while feeling great in your hands. Flat-bottomed and D-shaped steering wheels can increase knee room, making it easier to get in and out of the vehicle while also giving you space to operate the pedals during aggressive driving. Oblong, oval, and yoke-style wheels improve dashboard, instrument, and general forward visibility. A wide range of spoke configurations, styles, and finishes complete the package.
When choosing a powersports steering wheel, consider the diameter, dish, and bolt pattern. Use the dimensions of your stock steering wheel as a guide when deciding if you want your aftermarket wheel to be smaller or larger diameter, and closer or farther away from you. This can help you dial in the perfect driving position. If the bolt pattern of the aftermarket powersports steering wheel you’d like to use is different than your vehicle’s pattern, an adapter, hub, or quick release may be necessary for installation.
