The center multi-spoke sections are forged, CNC-machined, and powdercoated for low maintenance. The outer rims are beautifully polished. Each center and rim are mated together, and then 360-degree robotically welded on the backside. 3030 Autosport employs an OE-level pretreat process to properly prep each wheel before powdercoating. The process features a zirconium surface conversion and sealant all based in a reverse osmosis water system for a pure and solid adhesion that will last for years under proper care.
