Forgeline Heritage Series FF3 Custom-Order Wheels
Forgeline's Heritage Series wheels represent the best of their designs from over two decades of engineering and producing the finest custom-made-to-order forged aluminum wheels in retro-inspired designs that work well with virtually every class of automobile, from muscle cars to supercars to luxury vehicles. Each wheel is custom made-to-order one at a time for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. The Forgeline FF3 Heritage Series wheel is a basic 5-spoke design that mimics the simple blocky styles that were popular in the late 1990s. This wheel design features a flat face profile, spokes that taper to a narrower width at the rim register, chamfered edges, and our small, engraved center cap. Though it looks like a throwback to another era, the FF3 is a modern three-piece wheel that is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. This Forgeline wheel style is available with a stepped lip outer in 17-inch, 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch fitments and features a standard powdercoated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline can also offer special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and a large choice of finish combinations. Customer must complete the Instruction sheet attachment for all wheel and related component information before a final price and availability can be provided. Forgeline Motorsport Series TS1R Custom-Order Wheels
The Forgeline Motorsport Series TS1R wheels are a lightweight forged racing wheel that is engineered for race cars and dedicated track duty. Each Motorsport Series TS1R wheel is custom made-to-order, one-at-a-time, for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Built ready for the track, the Forgeline one-piece forged monoblock TS1R wheel is engineered with a 2,100+ lb. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The TS1R wheel features a linear 12-spoke design with machined I-beams on each spoke and a deep concave profile. With a fully-forged one-piece monoblock construction, the Forgeline TS1R utilizes manufacturing technology similar to Forgeline's legendary GS1R wheel but is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. The TS1R's one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process combine to produce a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The TS1R is currently available in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. It can be made to accommodate most 5-lug, small 6-lug (Dodge Viper), and centerlock applications, and it can be made with knurled beads to limit tire slip. Depending on size, the TS1R wheel may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the TS1R is available with fully customizable finish options. The Forgeline Motorsport Series TS3R wheels are a lightweight forged racing wheel that is engineered for race cars and dedicated track duty. Built ready for the track, the Forgeline TS3R is a three-piece modular version of Forgeline Motorsports original one-piece forged monoblock TS1R wheel and is engineered with the same 2,100 lb. street tire load rating to handle serious motorsport applications. The custom made-to-order TS3R three-piece wheel is comprised of a center that is precision-machined from proprietary 6061-T6 aluminum and combined with heat-treated 6061-T6 spun aluminum rim shells. It uses hidden American-made ARP stainless steel assembly hardware for a smooth clean appearance and faster/easier wheel cleaning. The TS3R features a linear 12-spoke design with machined I-beams on each spoke.
