Bowler Performance All-in-One Transmission Wiring Harnesses

Bowler Performance All-in-One transmission wiring harnesses for the Tremec T-56 Magnum transmission comes equipped with all the connections pre-wired into one harness for a simple installation and ease of use. The small epoxy sealed controller is mounted to the VSS output using the existing bolt, and once the unit is powered up, you will be able to connect via Bluetooth to your Apple or Android smartphone using Bowler's free app. The app will give you the ability to customize the input and output settings for each feature to ensure proper operation in your vehicle. The perfect finishing touch for any Tremec T-56 Magnum conversion, Bowler's All-in-One harnesses eliminate the need for any additional equipment to operate the reverse lock out or generate the correct speedometer signals coming from your Tremec T-56 Magnum. Previously, you would have needed up to five separate parts to perform all the same functions wrapped one of these harnesses. The more technology we incorporate into our hot rods sometimes requires specific input signals to allow everything to function correctly. With the two speed outputs available in these harnesses, you can independently control the output of each one further eliminating any need for additional equipment and connections. Regarding the reverse lockout, Bowler has incorporated the same speed setting feature as the OEs into the All-in-One harnesses, giving you better control over when the lock out is triggered. Bowler's All-in-One harnesses give you much greater flexibility in the components you are able to use and require less time wiring everything up, providing an easier solution for setting up your Tremec T-56 Magnum transmission. Choose the harness version designed for your specific transmission make. Additional notes: * Harnesses utilize a small, built in, epoxy sealed box that will control each of the three functions with power and grounding for each function through a switched +12 V circuit and a wire connected to the negative battery post or engine block. * Control of the reverse lockout solenoid is based on a user defined speed setting (default is set at locked above 4 mph and unlocked at 0 to 3 mph), eliminating the need for a separate lock-out control box. * For your electronic speedometer, the harness is equipped with two speed sensor outputs; the speed sensor outputs generate a square wave signal that goes from about -5 to roughly +5 V, varying in frequency as the speed changes. * Output will automatically shift and give you 0 to +10 volts for EMC input needing positive only signal. * The two speed sensor outputs are completely independent and can be calibrated separately with any pulse count and ratio you want, and are able to drive any common speedometer, cruise control, or ECM. * Tremec T-56 Magnum reverse lock-out module VSS with dual output, pre-set as GM 40-pulse output on one and 16-pulse output on the other and can be adjusted with your iOS or Android device. * Includes wiring for reverse lights, reverse lock-out, and vehicle speed sensor.

Sonnax Valve Body Reaming Fixtures

In certain applications there is no way to pilot a reamer to repair a worn valve body, forcing rebuilders to purchase new ones. This patented self-aligning fixture with specially designed tool kits allows these valve bodies to be repaired. The fixture provides an external rigid pilot bore for the reamer and guide pin. The self-aligning feature allows the fixture to be used on multiple valve bodies and valve bores. The fixture base is large enough to provide ample support for the valve body. Various transmissions locate some valve bores in the pump body rather than the valve body. These larger pump bodies do not readily fit onto the standard VB-FIX base plate. Sonnax offers an oversized pump base plate, VB-06, that allows large passenger vehicle pump bodies to be easily mounted and clamped to the VB-FIX for repair. Sonnax Automatic Transmission Electro-Hydraulic Control Modules

The GM 6L80 and 6L90 TEHCM houses the transmission control module (TCM), or computer. The eight solenoids are connected to the TCM via a lead frame, all of which are over-molded in the plastic housing and not accessible or serviceable separately. Component fails and circuit faults in the GM 6L80 and 6L90 TEHCM are common, and result in drivability complaints and trouble codes which can only be remedied with a replacement unit. These automatic transmission electro-hydraulic control modules by Sonnax serve as a durable, reliable OE performance solution at a significant savings over OE replacement. Each Sonnax TEHCM GM6L-TEHCM-C6 unit goes through a rigorous cleaning and inspection process where all failed components are replaced. Electro-hydraulic testing in a simulated drive test ensures full functional performance consistent with a new OE TEHCM. A vehicle VIN remains on the Sonnax remanufactured TEHCM and will be overwritten by a transmission shop technician with the new vehicle VIN during the reprogramming process. After installation, the TEHCM must be reprogrammed on the vehicle using a J2534 device in order to function correctly. The fully tested TEHCM is serialized, and the test data stored and packaged in Mylar bag with a protective connector cover to prevent inadvertent static discharge issues during the shipping, handling and receiving processes.
