Hays Twister Full Race Torque Converters feature a custom-designed anti-balloon plate to stop any converter ballooning and swelling in racing situations. These torque converters are designed for use with a trans-brake and great for power adders such as nitrous, superchargers, and turbos. They're available with various RPM stall speed offerings to accommodate any mixture of modifications—including higher compression ratios, aftermarket camshafts, aftermarket cylinder heads, lower gear ratios, and vehicle weight loss. Additional product features: * All Full Race Series converters are built, tested, and proven to support up to 1,000 hp * Designed to handle the extreme shock and abuse of trans-brakes, nitrous oxide, superchargers, and turbochargers * State-of-the-art spray welding process is used in select areas. JR Race Car clutch rollers are available to maintain the performance of your Shockwave clutch. They offer roller bearings, roller bushings, and Helix rollers. Choose the roller options to best service your Jr. Dragster. Clutch roller options: * Roller bearings aka Big Black rollers, outer rollers, or plastic rollers are the torque transferring components of your clutch system, also one of the only common components between the Standard and the Overdrive Shockwaves. Kits include roller assemblies with bearings, washers, and nylock jam nuts. * Roller bushings aka steel rollers or flyweight rollers take all the force from the flyweights. One of the most durable components in the system, these are the most neglected components in the clutch. Kits include rollers with bushings, dowel pins, and button head cap screws. * Helix roller aka driven rollers or cam followers guide the Helix on the fixed sheave smoothly with as little wear as possible and provide a huge step in consistency and life. Available individually, they are pressed into the reverse driven clutch and often require a small rubber mallet to remove them.
