BDS Suspension Transfer Case Indexing Rings
Prevent front driveline issues on your lifted truck with the BDS transfer case indexing ring kits. At 6 in. of lift and above it is necessary to index the transfer case to allow the front driveline to reconnect and eliminate vibrations. BDS T-case index ring kits have optimal spline engagement and are dual-drilled to allow positioning for compatibility with a range of lift heights. Skyjacker NP231 Tranfercase Slip Yoke Eliminator Kits
The Jeep NP231 is one of the most popular off-road transfer cases, but it creates an extremely short rear driveshaft. These slip yoke eliminator kits from Skyjacker add 3 to 4 in. to the rear driveline length on a YJ, and up to 6 in. on a TJ. You get a better driveshaft angle, eliminate driveline vibrations, and reduce the possibility of accidental driveshaft separation. With this conversion, you end up with a significantly stronger transfer case that is ideal for trail use.

Rein Automotive OE-quality transfer case control motors are made to factory specifications, ensuring proper fit, form, and function. A transfer case actuator is a small motor attached to the case that proportions engine power to the front and rear differentials; it's a vital component of today's highly complex 4WD/AWD drivetrain systems. The control motor's job is to constantly synchronize the difference between the rotation of the front and rear axles. Problems arise when this difference in front to rear rotation slips outside of predetermined parameters due to uneven front to rear tire wear, for instance. Excessive difference forces the motor and the clutches to engage more frequently, leading to their accelerated wear. These direct-fit replacement motors include mounting hardware—and are available for a variety of vehicle and engine applications from 2002 and up.
