Competition Clutch Stage 2 Clutch Kits

TCI Super StreetFighter Transmissions

TCI Super StreetFighter transmissions bridge the gap between the StreetFighters and full Competition series transmissions. Like the StreetFighter units, these are equipped with 100 percent tested, manual/automatic valve bodies. That means that most units allow you to manually shift the vehicle into each gear change or, by placing it in the drive position, remain fully automatic. In either mode, you get a racetrack shift that bangs through the gears and shaves time off your ETs. When you use the manual gear selection feature, the Super StreetFighters upshift and downshift right when you move the lever, with no lag or governor override. Diesel trucks are designed for towing heavy loads. If your rig is running 500 to 650 hp, then Valair Performance Quiet Street Dual Disc clutch kits are the way to tow. They feature tough heavy-duty parts, strong pressure plates, and a nodular iron flywheel. These kits are not intended for racing or competition use. Quiet clutch kits eliminate floater plate rattle when the clutch is pressed in, but gear rollover noise is inevitable when changing to a solid mass flywheel.
