B&M's ShiftPlus electronic shift improvers use vacuums or electronics to improve the characteristics of your transmission, and let you change settings as you drive. Great for performance, towing, and RV use, these shift improvers recalibrate your transmission in one of two ways: Vacuum-style transmissions, such as a GM 4T60E, simply recalibrate the hydraulic system through the modulator circuit to provide firmer, more positive shifts; electronically controlled transmissions, such as a Ford AODE, recalibrate the transmission's hydraulic system electronically to give you a firmer, quicker shift, for better performance and longer transmission life. A flip of the switch allows the transmission to operate in the original factory mode at level 1 (firmer than factory) or level 2 (much firmer than factory). Either type installs in minutes with a few simple hand tools, without removing the pan.

BD Diesel pressure transducer adapters allow you to use a more rugged and reliable sensor/transducer. Older transmissions utilize a metal model, while a lower quality plastic model is used in later models—and this can create problems on transmissions running higher line pressures. These adapters allow late model transmissions to use a sturdier metal sensor. They're plug-and-play with no soldering or splicing required. TransGo Performance offers solenoid repair kits for nearly a dozen automatic transmission applications, including models from Mopar and GM. Transmissions often come with contaminated governor pressure solenoids. This results in complaints of wrong gear starts, as well as governor solenoid and sensor performance codes. The computer uses the governor pressure solenoid to generate governor pressure relative to road speed, emulating what the hydraulic governor did in older 'RH' series transmissions. The computer varies the duty cycle to the PWM governor pressure solenoid to achieve the desired output pressure. Simultaneously, it monitors the feedback from the governor pressure sensor to confirm that the governor pressure is doing what it is commanded to do. When the solenoid sticks or is restricted, the computer notices that the pressure reading from the sensor does not match the desired governor pressure and sets a code which puts the unit in limp-in mode, resulting in 3rd gear start and no shift. These TransGo governor pressure solenoid repair kits contain everything you need to take apart the original equipment solenoids, restore the valve bore, then replace the spool valve, spring and cap with new ones. The repair kits include enough parts to rebuild multiple solenoids. The repair kits are available with or without tools.
