They have increased the strength of the casting by making thicker walls and creating huge, oversized gussets. The special retainer ring securely stabilizes the main bearing to prevent bearing play, and the tight tolerances on the coupler ensure long life and prevent striped-out input gears. Maintain proper driveline angles on your truck, SUV, or Jeep by installing a BDS transfer case drop kit. These new kits utilize one-piece, heavy-duty steel brackets or tube spacers, E-coated for durability and corrosion resistance, to drop the T-case to reposition the output shaft on lifted applications. The transfer case drop kit is sometimes required if you experience a slight driveline vibration. Choose the kit designed for your vehicle.
