Ever notice how the stock shift springs in your transfer case tend to give a loose, sloppy feel to the shifter? It's a problem that can also lead to the shift lever popping out of gear on the trail. For those reasons, Trail-Gear offers heavy-duty shift springs for use with any 4.70 gear set or dual adapter installation. You will need two springs for the rear transfer case and one in the front crawl box. At minimum, these springs fit all gear-driven Toyota transfer cases from 1979-95.
