Trail-Gear Trail-Creeper dual transfer case adapters deliver quality at the right price. They have greatly increased the oiling flow in and around the adapter for cooler operation; plus, they have increased the strength of the casting with thicker walls and huge oversized gussets. Trail-Creeper adapters utilize a special retainer ring--not a light gauge snap ring--to securely stabilize the main bearing and prevent bearing play. These features, along with tighter tolerances on the coupler, ensure long life and prevent stripped gears. Trail-Gear Trail-Creeper kits include: * Heavy-duty aluminum adapter plate * Heavy-duty coupler * Cage and main bearings installed * Replacement transmission output seal * Magnetic drain plug * Shift knob * Mounting hardware * Transfer case and transmission block-off plates

Rein Automotive OE-quality transfer case control motors are made to factory specifications, ensuring proper fit, form, and function. A transfer case actuator is a small motor attached to the case that proportions engine power to the front and rear differentials; it's a vital component of today's highly complex 4WD/AWD drivetrain systems. The control motor's job is to constantly synchronize the difference between the rotation of the front and rear axles. Problems arise when this difference in front to rear rotation slips outside of predetermined parameters due to uneven front to rear tire wear, for instance. Excessive difference forces the motor and the clutches to engage more frequently, leading to their accelerated wear. These direct-fit replacement motors include mounting hardware—and are available for a variety of vehicle and engine applications from 2002 and up.
