ARB differential breather kits are important to vent air pressure in drivetrain assemblies, and they eliminate the shortcomings of your factory breathers—especially when driving through water crossings. ARB units are high-flow, zero backpressure, zero vacuum breather systems. Each features a high-flow air filter within a central manifold that will allow up to four drivetrain assemblies to be vented to one central location--ideally somewhere on the vehicle that will be above the water level at all times. ARB differential breather kits are intended to replace your factory breathers and contain enough fittings and tubing to connect at least two drivetrain assemblies. Their triangulated design provides the structural integrity required for racing. Made from chromoly or mild steel, the outer shell is 1/8 in. thick, and the faceplate is 1/4 in. thick. Configured for a 9 in. Ford, the housings come in either full-bodied car style, with cut-to-length 3 in. O.D. x .250 in. wall axle tubes, or dragster style, with big Ford forged housing ends aligned with the center section.
