Z Automotive TranZformer electronic shift kits transform your car into a neck-snapping, tire-chirping fun to drive beast that at the press of a button, returns to stock. Best of all, they're completely hidden. Available in Gen 1 or Gen 2 kits, you can have your NAG1 transmission shift how YOU want it to. You get to modify shift firmness to fit your driving style/mood, plus a lot more. They install in minutes, connecting via wiretaps into wires hidden behind the steering column lower cover. Once installed, TranZformer kits will modify transmission parameters for that real "old school" muscle car shift feel. Chirp through gear shifts or just firm them up a little for towing or for track use; use your steering wheel buttons and EVIC screen (or cruise stalk/buttons for those without EVIC) to adjust shift firmness on-the-fly, whenever you want; connect to your PC via USB cable to dial-in independent upshift and downshift boost percentages (0 to 100) for each gear in both Drive and AutoStick mode. You can reduce the time delay when shifting into Reverse and Drive, adjust shift firmness scaling based on throttle position, and reset or kill the TCM's adaptive learning system, keeping the TCM from dialing back the shift firmness over time. Extend the life of your forward clutch and input sprag with the upgrade performance of Sonnax heavy-duty 2-3 shift valves! Your factory valve is limited to applying the overrun clutch only in D3, 3rd gear; whereas these Sonnax valves apply it in D3, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. This furnishes extra durability to clutch components in plow trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, and in high performance apps. The Sonnax 2-3 shift valves also work well with units operated by aftermarket electronic paddle shifters--allowing for full downshift engine breaking in 2nd gear, while the shifter remains in the D3 position. No special tools are required for installation; it's a transmission overrun clutch component worth exploring!

Transmission valve bodies only last so long. When it's time for replacement, you can spend extra green and get new, or buy Sonnax remanufactured valve bodies. To eliminate separator plate cracking or cross-leaking, Sonnax adds a 2-3 accumulator support plate before remanufacturing. Each core's disassembled, cleaned, updated, tested, and parts are replaced as necessary. These direct replacement units are electronically and hydraulically tested and include lockup and shift solenoids. Save some green, while still receiving premium parts, with Sonnax Remanufactured valve bodies.

Transmissions showing symptoms of soft shifts from 1-2 or 2-3, periodic harsh shifts, or low line rise may be able to correct the problems with one of these Sonnax Line Pressure Modulator Plunger Valve kits. When sleeves become worn, electronic pressure control (EPC) oil can leak past the valve to cause the soft shifts; valves will also stick or hang up through wear, leading to the rough shift issue. Sonnax kits include a replacement modulator sleeve made from carbon steel to combat extreme wear, along with a durable plunger valve crafted from hardened alloy steel. The O-ring helps to prevent EPC oil loss. Sonnax Line Pressure Modulator Plunger Valve kits are produced for fitment on a variety of transmissions, including 6 and small 8-cylinder applications.
