Hays Street 650 clutch conversion kits are designed to handle highly modified engines up to 650 hp naturally aspirated (600 hp for forced induction and nitrous combinations). The new 26-spline versions work in conjunction with a modern 5- or 6-speed transmission swap. These are true street/strip clutches for spirited high performance driving or frequent track use. The high performance dual-friction disc utilized in the Street 650 has an upgraded spring hub with heavy-duty damper springs to handle greater shock loads versus a standard damper spring. The disc features a sintered metallic friction surface and an organic friction surface. It does a great job at dissipating heat and fighting the slippage found in ordinary discs, along with providing the smooth engagement characteristics of a street-style clutch. These conversion kits also provide an upgraded heavy-duty pressure plate to round out the performance clutch. The Street 650 is a great choice if you visit the track often. Hurst Nitro Stick 2 shifter sticks are designed to bring the classic pistol grip well into the 21st Century. Machined from billet aluminum, they provide a positive grip for quick, solid shift action from any Hurst shifter using the 2-bolt handle attachment. They include a built-in 12 V momentary switch that you can use to control your line lock, nitrous system, or whatever suits your needs. The Hurst Nitro Stick 2 shifter sticks have a machined, thumb-operated cover that protects the activation button until needed, and a red LED provides illumination with the button cover open or closed.
