These converters are designed with heavy-duty use in mind, with a heavy-duty one-piece hub and a balloon plate, a heavy-duty sprag, and silicon spot-welded fins in the turbine and cover, providing strength beyond compare. The combination of their stator and specific application fin applies maximum power to your wheels, giving you more available engine power. These XTM converters run 7 qt. of fluid more per minute than your OE or stock converter. Because of the increased cooler flow, the transmission and converter will operate cooler, increasing the life of the tranny and converter.
