Sikky Manufacturing offers upgrade short-throw shifters for a variety of applications, including Camaro and Firebird models from 1998 – 2002. They can be used as direct replacements for old, worn-out factory shifters or as an upgrade from an existing short throw shifter. The 30 percent throw reduction will speed up your shifts and the smooth crisp feel of them. The shifter can also be used when swapping into any chassis where you want the shifter to be in the factory location and orientation. Using only the best raw materials and craftsmanship, each shifter starts as a solid chunk of 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum to ensure a durable and rigid mounting plate, with a clear anodized finish.

The shift lever is CNC-machined from stainless steel to eliminate any concerns of corrosion; while the internals are sealed from the top and bottom to ensure dirt and grime stays out of your shifter and the transmission fluid stays in your transmission. An O-ring is also to make sure the shifter seals airtight on the transmission, preventing any messy oil leaks. All the high-grade hardware needed for an easy installation is included.
