TCI StreetFighter transmissions are durable enough to withstand the rigors of even the toughest street machines. Equipped with a manual/automatic valve body, most units allow you to manually shift the vehicle into each gear change or, by placing it in the drive position, remain fully automatic. In either mode, you get a race track shift that bangs through the gears and shaves time off of your ETs. When you use the manual gear selection feature, the StreetFighters upshift and downshift right when you move the lever, with no lag or governor override. When you select the normal drive position, they retain positive automatic shifts for the ease of driving you look for in an automatic transmission.

This gives you racetrack shifts and shaves time off your ETs. Each transmission goes through a variety of tests to verify that internal fluid pressures and shift characteristic match TCI's strict quality control standards. For the system to operate properly, all throttle linkage, vacuum lines and kick-down components must be connected. Each transmission package consists of a triple-tested TCI transmission and precision-tuned torque converter, a universal transmission cooler and premium TCI RTF transmission fluid. TCI Super StreetFighter transmission packages are the perfect solution for street cruisers who want excellent street performance and long-lasting durability. Intended for normally aspirated vehicles powered by engines producing between 725 and 1,025+ hp, depending on the application, the TCI Super StreetFighter packages feature the many of the same benefits as StreetFighter transmission packages with certain internal upgrades, including higher performance friction clutches and bands, as well as heavy-duty hard parts. RAM Pro Street dual disc clutch kits are precision-balanced for smooth operation—and come equipped with a billet cover for optimum release length, a comfortable pedal effort, and a high diaphragm finger position for excellent high-RPM shifting capability. The sprung hub top disc absorbs shock and reduces driveline noise. Pro Street kits are available with your choice of an organic friction disc or a metallic disc. Organic disc models are capable of handling 500 to 800 hp; the metallic disc models can handle between 600 and 1,200 hp. RAM Pro Street dual disc clutch kits include a billet aluminum, SFI-certified flywheel with a steel insert that has sufficient mass to draw heat away from the clutch without distortion.
