Rock your rig with Trail-Gear Rock Assault 9 axle housings. Tested on some of the most extreme off-road race courses, these axle housings are built to tackle the toughest terrain you can find! They start with 1/4 in. formed shell for the center section, and then attach 1/2 in. face plates. The housings finally connect the DOM axle tubes to the center section with their 3-point attachment system, giving the tubes superior support and engagement into the center section. Inner axle seal and seal housings are also included. Rock Assault 9 rear axle housings are designed for wheel mount surfaces—and are complete with flanges and unit bearing pockets, as well as inner housing seals. The strength you need to climb over anything starts with Trail-Gear!

It's always a plus when we get something that exceeds our normal expectations. Many off-road enthusiasts buy Trail-Gear Creepy Twin transfer case shifters in order to drive in 2WD low—not realizing how much easier the twin sticks make it to shift in and out of 4-low. Access to 2WD low comes in extremely handy in tight switchbacks and other places on the trail where gear reduction is necessary, but 4WD isn't. These shifters are built to impress, with polished cast aluminum bases, black wavy heat-treated 1020 steel shifters, chromoly internal crosspin, and two shift knobs—one for 4.70 and the other for 2WD/4WD. Creepy Twin shifters also feature a splash-resistant oil breather, O-ring seal around each lever, and shifter gasket. To allow independent operation of the shift rails, you'll need to remove the interlock pin from the transfer case. Make 4-wheeling easier with Trail-Gear Creepy Twin transfer case shifters.

Trail-Gear Trail Safe axle seals are most effective in keeping your machine leak-free. If you're tired of dealing with inner axle seal leaks, these TG Trail Safe seals feature an inner seal lip totally supported by a garter spring applying constant force over the full 360 degree circumference, not allowing deflection gaps. The outer seal lip acts as a secondary seal and keeps debris and other contaminants away from the inner seal lip. The outer diameter is 100 percent rubber coated so that it forms a complete static surface seal. These features result in zero leaks. Leak or no leaks, the choice is yours--make your choice Trail-Gear axle seals.

Anyone who wheels hard, rock crawls, or rock races has experienced blown-up trunnion bearings; no matter what size they are using, the bearing is always the point of failure. Trail-Gear Rock Assault trunnion bearing eliminator kits totally displace the bearings with a solid "king pin" style pin that sits in a hardened bushing. The pin and bushing are made from a material considered "bearing quality" because of its high carbon content, giving it extreme hardness. To make sure these pins provide you with smooth steering, Trail-Gear has added zerk grease fittings and machined the pins with grease passages and grooves--so they can be easily lubricated without any disassembly of the steering knuckle. Kits include: * Four steering pins * Four steering pin bushings * Four zerk grease fittings * Two trunnion bearing caps * One knuckle service kit

Trail-Gear unit hubs are not just another aftermarket 1-ton unit hub that's been machined down and modified from an 8-lug to a 6-lug application. No, Trail-Gear designed these units for a specific application, so the hubs will bolt right onto Dana 60 or 9 in. housings that are set up for unit hubs. They're made to accommodate a 30- or a 35-spline axle shaft and use a 1/2 in.-20 threaded wheel stud with a 6 x 5.5 in. wheel bolt pattern. These are the same unit hubs that you will see on most competition buggies. They are ultra-strong and easy to replace. Simply unbolt the old one and bolt on the new replacement hub. This is a much simpler and stronger unit then the stock spindles being replaced. All unit hubs include integrated roll pin to prevent the spindle nut from coming loose.
