In high performance and racing applications, it's important to avoid restriction and maintain line pressure by keeping a good supply of clean, fresh fluid to the pump. Summit™ Hi-Flow race transmission filter kits eliminate the restrictive factory-style filter element and instead use a low restriction brass screen that allows maximum flow and filtration which is the key to consistency, performance, and long life. We recommend these for all high performance applications that utilize a full-manual or trans-brake valve body.
