BD Diesel pressure transducer adapters allow you to use a more rugged and reliable sensor/transducer. Older transmissions utilize a metal model, while a lower quality plastic model is used in later models—and this can create problems on transmissions running higher line pressures. These adapters allow late model transmissions to use a sturdier metal sensor. They're plug-and-play with no soldering or splicing required. The adapters have built-in electronic circuits that convert the sensor pressure signal to the correct range—and even stops fault codes in applications running higher-than-stock line pressures.

BD Diesel ProTect 68 Trans Pressure Control kits deliver 150 percent of the torque-holding force to stock transmissions like no others can. The industry-leading exclusive custom valve body separator plate and gaskets substantially reduce cross leaks compared to stock and other applications, even with much higher line pressures. An Electronic Pressure Control module delivers up to 250 psi clutch-apply pressure at full throttle, providing 150 percent of the holding force to prevent clutch slippage. All of this without modifying the transmission pump or removing the transmission. These controllers dynamically adjust the hydraulic-apply pressures, based on turbo boost/engine load. No tuning is required. Installation takes 2 to 3 hours to complete without having to do a full transmission relearn—since no internal tolerances have changed. A "fresh" stock transmission will have the ability to handle up to 500 hp.
