These controllers are designed to suit most common trailer braking applications. They require minimal dash space and are simple to install and operate. The Tow‑Pro Trail has selectable Everyday or Manual Off‑Road trailer braking modes that allow you to choose the braking style depending on the road or terrain conditions, vehicle type, or driver preference. REDARC Tow-Pro mounting kits simplify the installation of the Tow-Pro Elite electric trailer brake controller main unit under the dash of the vehicle. The bracket is designed to be fastened to the main unit with two M4 bolts—either at right angles, inline, or diagonally across the main unit. It also features an M6 slot and nut/bolt, allowing connection to the vehicle on a suitable M6 stud or M6 hole. The bracket material is rigid to support the main unit, but can still be bent should the installation require it.
