In case of cable or rope failure, this damper is designed to absorb most of the energy in the cable, reducing recoil and possible damages from a cable backfiring into your Jeep. The dampers are manufactured from heavy-duty vinyl and feature reflective tapes for visibility at night. They also come with storage pockets to keep snatch blocks and shackles for extra organization while being stowed.
