The sport of Bracket Racing is growing by leaps and bounds! The PerformAIRE PRO from Altronics is the latest in professional-grade precision weather measurement and data collection in a self-contained system. It enables your personal computer to gather weather data and predict the performance of your race vehicle; that information is then transmitted to you anywhere at the track with built-in paging or smartphone texting capability. Paging will function without personal computer to transmit weather data only, no prediction info. The custom designed rainproof enclosure is easily mounted using a standard "extension pole" style threaded mount. A single cable connection is all that's required to connect this system to your personal computer. An integrated paging system does not require a mounted antenna or antenna cable. (Optional Remote Display allows the system to display weather data without a personal computer.) PerformAIRE PRO includes RaceWORKS Electronic Logbook Software. RaceWORKS controls the entire system by taking weather readings from the PerformAIRE PRO, sending paging information, and stores and uses run data to calculate predictions. This easy-to-use software allows you to create multiple logbooks for different vehicles and multiple events for each logbook! These PerformAIRE computers contain a database that stores runs and then uses this data to automatically predict ETs and throttle stop settings.
