Fragola Performance Systems D-100 crimping machines are designed to be the easiest to operate—whether you are a novice, or crimp hoses for a living. Aluminum flanges and tubular frame make this a truly portable unit. It can also be bench mounted with predrilled holes in the base. The precision micrometer allows quick settings and gives 100 percent repeatability, time after time. Removable pusher allows fast changes between straight and angled fittings. Inverted die allows the operator to accurately position the fitting prior to the final crimp. Hand pump allows the user to "go anywhere" to make professional-quality crimps. This is the machine with hand pump only. Die sets and optional pneumatic pump are available (sold separately).

EMAX Industrial Silent Air Piston Compressors
Offering the same quality and durability as their Industrial Plus Series (without the extra cost of some features), EMAX Industrial Silent Air piston compressors are quiet. One of the most common complaints about compressors is noise. EMAX Silent Air units not only quiet the noise, they also do it with big cfm output and lower rpm. Featuring their Whisper silent air system installed on the back of the tanks, stationary compressor dB ratings are reduced by as much as 25 percent. The Whisper dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling the intake air through a series of baffle plates and prefilter media within the silencer cabinet. Piston intake noise is trapped and dissipated within the silencer; plus, it provides secondary filtration for cleaner air. Industrial Silent Air compressors are designed for up to 50,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. At the core of these extremely durable compressors are super-quiet pumps featuring cast iron crankcases, precision-balanced cast iron crankshafts, and high-quality stainless steel roller bearings to ensure smooth, efficient operation. For long life and rebuildability, EMAX adds steel connecting rods with replaceable rod bearing inserts, removable cast iron cylinders and cylinder heads, disc intake and exhaust valves, and cast iron flywheels with built-in fans.
