Rhodes Race Cars roll cage conversion kits are designed to convert your existing roll bar into a 10, 12 or even 14-point roll cage. RRC conversion kits meet or exceed the NHRA and IHRA requirement for roll cage tubing. These kits include roof tubes, windshield post runners, and dash crossmember. Rhodes Race Cars Lemons and Chumps roll cages are specifically designed for those of you looking to compete in 24 Hour of Lemons and ChumpCar Series races. RRC has taken out all of the guess work and come up with these easy-to-install kits. All the tubing is pre-bent and notched for ease of installation. Rhodes Race Cars Lemons and Chumps roll cages are available in ERW mild steel, DOM, and chromoly. ERW mild steel is accepted by both sanctioning bodies, but DOM is very strongly recommended. Chromoly is generally NOT recommended for this type of racing. Check your sanctioning body's rules before you order! Note: Some minor trimming may be required during installation. All RRC cages are weld-in cages.

Rhodes Race Cars SCCA, NASA, and Drift roll cages are made specifically for hobbyists and for serious racers looking to compete in SCCA, NASA, or Formula D events. All road race cages feature a main hoop diagonal and dual door bars (can be made into dual X-bars). They are weld-in cages and feature notched tube ends (where applicable) for ease of installation. Roll cages are offered in these materials: * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.134 in. wall ERW mild steel tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.120 in. wall DOM tubing * 1 5/8 in. O.D. 0.083 in. wall 4130 chromoly tubing DOM tubing is very strongly recommended; ERW cages will most likely NOT pass tech inspection for most classes. Chromoly is not recommended by most sanctioning bodies. Due to different requirements for specific classes and weights, you should check with your track or sanctioning body for specific guidelines prior to purchase. It is the installer's responsibility to assure that a cage meets race organization rules as to tubing material and sizes, fit, placement of components, and welding. Note: Because of differing driver sizes and main hoop locations, roof hoop and windshield down bars are not notched. Some minor trimming may be required during installation.

There is nothing more valuable in your Suzuki Samurai vehicle than its occupants. Low Range Off-Road's Sport cage kits were designed with your own families' safety in mind. Low Range Off-Road manufactures their Sport cages in-house, from .120 in. wall DOM steel tubing, and when properly welded, the cage is very difficult to crush and will serve most off-roader's needs. The rear cage bolts into the floor of the tub, thereby utilizing a large floor plate it spreads the load across a large area, forming a strong attachment point. Cages are shipped in prebent and coped tube segments, ready to be welded together. Installing a tube cage usually precludes the use of Samurai doors, Low Range Off-Road resolved this issue by using laser-cut steel plates on the front lower portion of our cage. With their unique design elements, the front doors shut correctly and do not ruin your nice paint job or your door panels. This also makes it easier to run your door straps. In addition, integrated into the design is a speaker grille that can be removed for speaker installation—and is also made from the same 3/16 in. thick steel as the mounting brackets, therefore, it helps protect speakers from damage. Hopefully you never need it, but if you do end up on your lid, be assured that you'll more than likely come away with only minor scratches to the cage paint. Choose the Sport cage kit that is better suited to your specific application needs—or order both front and rear for a complete cage kit. If you're going to be running 10.99 seconds or quicker in NHRA, you must have at least a 10-point roll cage. If you currently have an 8-point roll bar installed, one of Competition Engineering's 10-point roll bar conversion kits will upgrade your 8-point bar to a 10-point cage. These weld-in kits consist of a top hoop, which attaches to the front of the existing roll bar and follows the perimeter of the roof, plus two supports for the front of the top hoop. Both the top hoop and the supports are made from rugged, 1 5/8 in., 0.134 in. wall, computer mandrel-bent, mild-steel tubing. Even if you aren't required to have a 10-point cage, upgrading your existing 8-point bar will add protection, as well as chassis stiffness that can translate into better reaction times.
