Made from your choice of chromoly or mild steel, these strong one-piece hoops mount easily with minimal welding, reinforcing the cabin safety through increased rigidity. This type of modification is required on most racing circuits for improved driver protection. In order to install a complete roll cage, you'll also need the appropriate strut kit (sold separately)--or save time by simply ordering the complete roll bar hoop and strut assembly package. These 1 5/8 in. by .134 in. wall mild steel tubing struts are mandrel-formed, meet NHRA and IHRA requirements, and are pre-notched for easy attachment to the roll cage. Welding is required. Competition Engineering roll cage struts secure the roll cage to the front of the frame--making for one tough, solid unit on the race track.

They are manufactured from 1 3/4 in. x .134 in. wall tubing with a 50 degree bend. The rear strut kits are NHRA and IHRA approved. Welding and fabrication are required to fit them into most vehicles.
