Lifeline Fire Zero 3620 Fire Marshal fire suppression systems use a combination of 3M Novec 1230 and an AR-AFFF blend for use with unleaded petrol, diesel, and E85 fueled vehicles. Housed within a single fabricated aluminum cylinder, the extinguishing agent discharges into both the engine and cockpit via aluminum tubing. This tubing is connected using high-quality, lightweight aluminum compression fittings. The systems are supplied with sufficient lengths of delivery pipework to ensure the best possible packaging within all vehicles. They also include two extra coolant outlets to be fitted for multiple areas in the engine bay that might need cooled down to help prevent re-ignition. For proper driver/co-pilot safety and FIA-compliance, all Lifeline Zero 3620 systems are described by cockpit volume. Due to mandated ballast being built into these smaller systems, there is no weight advantage across the 3620 range.
