3M Products Flexible Foam is a soft and pliable 2-part urethane closed-cell foam auto body filler which forms in place. It's designed to replace the OEM flexible foam found in door intrusion beams, roof bows, inside body panels, pillars, and in other automotive body cavities. The foam expands to 10 times its original volume to fill large cavities with a small amount of material. 3M flexible foam is applied with an applicator gun; it has a 40-second handling time and is fully cured in an hour.
